Gas chromatograph modernisation
Neochrom Asia modernises gas chromatographs for continued use in Kazakhstan's laboratories. We upgrade electronics, control systems, data acquisition and processing. On request, we adapt sample introduction and make-up gas supply for capillary columns.
Upgrading your existing instrument
We install modern electronics and NeoCHROM software on your existing chromatograph. Depending on its condition, we restore the housing and gas system. The scope of modernisation is determined after inspecting the instrument.
Chromatographs we modernise
We consider instruments of different brands and ages. We inspect mechanical assemblies, gas lines, ovens, detectors and sample introduction systems to determine an appropriate upgrade scope.
After comprehensive modernisation, we check instrument performance against the technical requirements established for CLASS A series chromatographs.
By default, the modernization procedure includes:
- dismantling of outdated electronic units and installation of a modern control and data collection system;
- inspection of the instrument electrical system;
- inspection of gas lines, heaters, ovens, detectors and injectors;
- cleaning, restoration and, if necessary, repainting of the housing;
- installation of modern NeoChrom software;
- upon request, installation of a sample introduction system and make-up gas supply for capillary columns;
- checking the functionality and main metrological characteristics of the modernized device.
Warranty and service after modernisation
Warranty repairs of NeoCHROM chromatographs are free of charge.
After each scheduled maintenance, the warranty period is extended in accordance with the service terms.
For NeoCHROM equipment, we offer a service subscription covering regular maintenance, diagnostics and prompt fault resolution. Separate service agreements may provide financial liability for equipment downtime on agreed terms.
