Terms of use

These Terms govern your access to NeoCHROM websites and interactive services. By using the website, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

Effective date: 5 September 2026

1. Information and quotations

Website materials are general information and may change without notice. They are not a binding commercial offer. A contract arises only from a written quotation or agreement accepted by the authorised parties.

2. Configurator

Configurator results, product codes, compatibility indications and prices are preliminary. The final specification, availability, delivery terms, taxes and price must be confirmed by NeoCHROM in writing.

3. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, website text, designs, software, trademarks, photographs and technical materials belong to NeoCHROM or their respective owners. You may view and print them for legitimate internal evaluation, but may not republish, sell, scrape or create derivative commercial materials without permission.

4. Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the website, bypass security, introduce malicious code, perform unauthorised automated collection, impersonate another person, or use the website unlawfully.

5. Third-party links

External links are provided for convenience. NeoCHROM does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, security or privacy practices.

6. Availability and liability

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, NeoCHROM excludes implied warranties and liability for indirect losses caused by reliance on website information or temporary unavailability. Mandatory consumer or other statutory rights are not limited.

7. Privacy

Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes and applicable terms

We may update these Terms. The current version is identified by the effective date. The law and dispute terms in an applicable signed contract take priority; otherwise mandatory applicable law governs.
