NeoCHROM-BioDIESEL chromatograph for biodiesel analysis

The NeoCHROM-BioDIESEL system is designed for gas chromatographic analysis of biodiesel. It determines fatty acid methyl esters, methanol, free and total glycerol, and mono-, di- and triglycerides. We select the configuration for the required parameters and laboratory workload.

Testing is performed in accordance with EN 14214: Liquid petroleum products — Fatty acid methyl esters (FAME) for use in diesel engines and heating applications — Requirements and test methods.
Depending on laboratory workload, two chromatographs may be appropriate because some analyses require different temperature conditions. For a low sample throughput, the column can be changed as needed. For analysis, EN_14105 using an autosampler very desirable
